There are many dishes that are favoured by westerners, so below we have just taken a few from our menu to share with you.

DEEP FRIED PRAWN CAKES (Entrée)
Minced fresh Prawns flavoured with herbs and deep fried, served with a light honey sauce

FLAKED DEEP FRIED CATFISH and MANGO LIME SAUCE (Entrée)
Fine shaved catfish meat, quick fried in very hot oil and served with a tangy mango mix and lime sauce.

MASSAMAN CURRY (Main course)
A light red curry (Chicken, Pork or Beef) thickened with potato and coconut juice and peanuts

CRAB MEAT IN YELLOW CURRY (Main course)
Crab meat mixed with fine herbs and spices in a light Thai yellow curry.

SEAFOOD HOMOK IN YOUNG COCONUT (Main course)
Steamed mixed seafood with the young coconut meat from the very coconut this dish is served in.

CHICKEN KIEV (main course)
The old fashioned favorite deep fried garlic butter stuffed, range free chicken breast.

SEA BASS FILLET, WITH  MANGO SAUCE. (Main course)
Sea Bass fillet steamed with lemon grass and Kaffa leaf, served with a fresh mango sauce.
